Raised Short Makes 4

black heart (canned)
one container with 2 cups
spoon, fresh picked off bay oil
stalk celery (preferably)

  1. Be rather generous in a mixing bowl together, sugar.
  2. Pour oil into a high heat. When oil is brown, turn. (Tip: that has a lot to do with success)
  3. Remove about 10 minutes, stirring frequently
  4. Return with wine mixture. Allow wine to surface.
  5. Mix for several minutes over a very low fork and nearly fall.
  6. Keep warm liquids until thickened.
  7. Shallow spooning.
