illustrated children's poem

a philosophy of mazes (children’s version)

if you’re short,
the walls look like walls
and you can only go
back and forth and
around the corner

if you’re a giant,
you can stand up
and see over the walls
to look where you want to be
and you can climb up and
walk on top of the walls
and go straight to there
instead of going around
and you won’t be all sweaty
and too tired to do anything
when you get there
